Using the In App Support Form
The fastest way to contact us is through the Support page inside the NotifyBubble app:
- Open NotifyBubble in your Shopify admin
- Click Support in the navigation menu
- Enter your email address so we can reply to you
- Write your message describing what you need help with
- Click Send
Your message is sent directly to our support team and we'll respond as quickly as possible.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:
- What you're experiencing — describe the issue in as much detail as possible
- What you expected — tell us what you were trying to do and what you expected to happen
- Steps you've already tried — let us know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps
- Your store URL — this helps us investigate the issue on your storefront
